Paul in Clarence, NY had the Junkluggers out to his beautiful property in Clarence which backs up to Brookfield Country Club.  He had used parts of his property as a garden over the years, and had accumulated garden stakes, irrigation pipes, and flower pots in one area and a slew of wood scraps in a building he once used as woodworking shop.  Realizing that his cleanup project was going to take some time, we worked around Paul's schedule to find a couple time slots that were mutually agreed upon.  The Junkluggers were able to haul away as many as three truckloads of yard debris, old lumber, and garden supplies over the course of two mornings.  Satisfied with the new appearance of his yard, the space gained by removing the wood scraps and old tools, we were able to transform his property and the buildings on it to a more useful space.

Kelli and her husband had hired the Junkluggers to clear out their basement to prepare their property for sale back in late February 2022, she was taking a job in South Carolina and was heading there soon to get started and find a new place to live.  The Junkluggers diligently cleaned out her basement and hauled away a full truckload of product from their basement.  Fast forward to early July and Kelli and family were back in Lancaster to get the final remnants from their home in order to close the sale.  The Junkluggers were able to clean out a shed in the yard, the garage, and a several items in the basement and kitchen.  It meant so much to us that Kelli and family thought enough of our service and courtesy to have us back to handle their final arrangements at their home in Lancaster to prepare it for closing.  Thanks Kelli for your loyalty!  

Rodney had met The Junkluggers while one of our trucks was in the Labor Day Parade in Clarence Center!  Curious about our services, he approached the truck as it crawled along the parade route and asked if we would possibly help him remove some super old appliances from his basement in Clarence Center.  Our response was "Absolutely!  Give the Appointment Center a call at 1-800-LUG-JUNK and get on our schedule".  Rodney did just that, called our wonderful team in the Connecticut call center and made an appointment.  The Junkluggers came out just a couple days after the parade, and wrestled with his large/heavy/and bulky freezer and refrigerator.  The appliances were so wide and heavy that we needed to dismantle them with a Sawzall and socket set to haul them out of his basement.  We were able to do just that during our allotted two hour time slot and give him back some valuable space in his basement.    

Dan R. of Getzville, NY had been stuck staring at a dilapidated shed in his back yard since he moved into his home a little over a month ago. After seeing the bright green Junkluggers trucks driving around his neighborhood he decided to give us a call. We had him booked on our schedule within two days of his call, and all in all it only took us around 2 hours to knock down the remaining structure and haul away all the debris.

Dan was very happy to reclaim the space in his backyard and to no longer have to worry about his children possibly getting injured playing near the shed.

Diane from Clarence Center had been tasked with cleaning out her mother’s house, in which there was a large upright piano that had been in the basement since she was a child. Diane didn’t know how she would get the piano out until she received one of our Valpak fliers in the mail, upon doing so she gave The Junkluggers a call and was relieved when she heard that we can handle pianos. A team of three luggers arrived and removed the piano from her basement in under a hour, and Diane could now focus on getting the house ready for sale.

Josh from East Amherst was in the process of removing items from his basement in order to get it prepared for renovations when he realized he had a lot of things down there that he no longer wanted or needed. He really had no interest in moving them from his basement to another part of his house only to move them back to take up space in his newly finished “Man Cave” as he put it. After a google search and a few calls he decided on booking with The Junkluggers based on the fact that we would try to donate as much as we could. We removed a full 16 cubic yard truck of items out of Josh’s basement and we ended up donating a good portion of it, he had 5 contractor bags of Kids toys and another 5 of clothes as well as a nice futon and reclining chair that was accepted at a local Goodwill. Josh was very pleased with the service provided and was excited for work to start on his basement now that there was room for the basement crew to get started.

An associated realtor recommended the Junkluggers to Rich, who was helping a relative that had a hoarding problem with a property that had been in the family for generations.  The house was loaded head to toe with old furniture, boxes of magazines, old television sets, appliances, tires, and general garbage.  Attic, basement, and two levels.  The team spent the first couple of days on site bagging items for disposal, and removing large furniture that would impede the exits.  Once we were able to maneuver inside the property, we treated the project like any other job and diligently went to work!  

Once the property was cleared, our realtor friend was able to arrange for a cleaning service and the property was subsequently listed on the market.
